Monitor (PROVOST) FIRST WELL PRODUCES AT AN INITIAL RATE OF 3 MILLION CUBIC FEET PER DAY

July 16, 2004 -- The well tested at approximately 4 mmcf per day gross, 500 mcf per day net to Tajzha, from the McLaren zone. The initial production rate is approximately 3 mmcf per day gross, 375 mcf per day net to Tajzha.

The well also encountered encouraging oil results in the Sparky formation. A bridge plug has been set. Any reserves attributed to this zone will be calculated in accordance with guidelines required for the industry.

Spudding of the second well in the program has been delayed due to weather conditions and will commence once weather conditions permit.

Tajzha has 9,026,000 shares issued and outstanding.
